ABOUT US
Denise Kozal is the owner of PRG. She has nearly 30 years experience working in the probate and trust administration field where she had to do research to locate beneficiaries of Estates.
In 2017, while working with an attorney in Springfield on two probate Estates, she had to locate over 200 heirs. She realized that she loved the investigation aspect of this work and found these efforts very rewarding, mainly because she was able to bring good news to these people by telling them about an inheritance left for them.
She was searching for a way to work for herself and began to see how she could repeat this process for others who would not otherwise know they might have an inheritance coming to them.
She registered with the States of California and Missouri as an heir-locator and PRG was born.
The Surprise!
Most heirs are totally surprised when told they may be an heir. Several have said that they appreciated the inheritance, of course, but mostly just appreciated their family remembering them in this way.
Having the privilege to deliver this good news is one of our favorite parts of the business!
The Journey Is Worth It!
The toughest hurdle for us in these times of telephone and mail scams and illegal dealings is reaching that trust level with our clients. We work hard to prove ourselves to them and nearly every time we are successful in completing their claims.
