What does this service cost?
Our fee for locating you and assisting with claiming the assets for you is based on a percentage of the amount successfully recovered for you. We will agree upon that fee up front and it will be paid to us directly by the State from the proceeds at the same time you are paid.
We will never ask you to pay fees upfront. We don't charge any retainers or down-payments. We get paid when you get paid!
How Do We Collect Our Inheritance?
Once we confirm that you are, indeed, the heir(s) to the estate or owners of the assets, several steps are required to complete the claim, sometimes involving the Courts. We take care of most of the requirements for you and try very hard to keep your tasks to a minimum. We know you are busy and we try to make this as simple as possible for you.
You will be asked to enter into a very simple agreement with us, which allows us to process the claim for you. It very clearly states that if you do not receive the funds, you owe us nothing.
This seems like such a risk on your part, since you only get paid if we receive our funds....why do you do this?
It's true, there is a lot of risk on our end and every now and then, we aren't able to collect the claims. BUT, it is so rewarding when we do!
